Nike Free Run Flyknit 3.0

The Nike Flyknit is an innovative technology that was first introduced in the Flyknit racer in 2012. Designed to make the sneakers lightweight, flexible and much more comfortable the Flyknit's use ultra-strong fibres of the yarns that are interwoven in different directions in order to guarantee the reduction of stress on the foot. The Free Flyknits use the Flyknit technology also features many tiny perforations which increases the breathability of the shoe keeping the foot cool and comfortable.
